Mindpath Clinic was already doing critical work, and the audience was interested—but the social presence wasn’t serving them well. The feed was “overwhelmed”: posts were text-heavy, cluttered, and difficult to read on mobile. While the engagement existed, the brand lacked the polished, professional authority expected of a leading medical provider.

The Core Problems:

  • Unreadable Content: The previous design style tried to say too much at once. Important medical information was buried in cluttered graphics, making it hard for patients to quickly get the answers they needed.

  • The “Professionalism” Gap: The visual identity felt disjointed and informal. It didn’t match the high quality of the clinical care, creating a disconnect for potential patients looking for a trustworthy specialist.

Building Trust & Removing Friction.

The goal was to make the clinic feel approachable and professional, while making it incredibly easy for patients to find help. We combined a calming visual identity with smart automation to guide people from “curious” to “booked.”

The Approach:

  • Design that Builds Confidence: We stripped away the visual noise to adopt a clean, calm aesthetic. White space and clear typography replaced the clutter, making the brand feel medical and trustworthy.

  • Bite-Sized Education: Since heavy topics like ADHD and Autism can be intimidating, the content pivoted to swipeable Carousels. This format broke complex info into simple slides that were easy to digest and share.

  • Instant Connection: We didn’t want potential patients to wait. ManyChat automation was implemented to instantly trigger booking info via DM whenever someone commented, removing the friction from the process.

  • Value Before the Sale: Trust was prioritized by offering free PDF guides and tips. This “pre-sale” value helped capture interest from people who weren’t quite ready to book a full assessment yet.

  • Amplifying What Works: Rather than boosting every post, ad budget was strategically focused on high-performing educational content. This ensured the most helpful advice reached new audiences, pulling them into the funnel.

The 6-Month Sprint: 4.3 Million Views.

The redesign unlocked the brand’s potential, but it was the smart combination of organic content and strategic boosting that truly ignited growth. By professionalizing the look and amplifying our best-performing posts, the account didn’t just look better—it worked harder. In just six months, this hybrid strategy generated over 4.3 million views and became a massive driver of new patient inquiries.

Performance by Platform:

Facebook (The Awareness Giant): The new “clean” video style went viral, generating 3.1 million views (+63.7%) organically. We amplified this with targeted boosts connected to ManyChat automation, which allowed us to capture leads for as little as €0.16 per engagement.

Instagram (The Traffic Engine): While organic carousels built trust, our paid strategy focused on action. A dedicated “Profile Visit” campaign drove 13,415 potential patients directly to the profile.
